Vayra is a physician-led integrated lab-tracked-care practice. We are not a prescription-routing service for outside clinicians, and we do not operate a wholesale pharmacy marketplace. If you are a licensed physician who would like to engage with Vayra, the three legitimate paths are below.

Refer, join, or partner.
Refer a patient
If a patient of yours would benefit from Vayra's integrated lab-tracked-care program — GLP-1 weight management and physician-designed peptide protocols — they can begin our universal intake at any time. We do not pay referral fees, we do not request your prescription, and we do not interpose Vayra in your existing patient relationship.

Join Vayra Medical, P.C.
We hire physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical operations leaders directly into Vayra Medical, P.C. for our launch programs (peptide therapy and GLP-1 weight optimization). Private clinical practice, no insurance billing, panels of 250–400 patients per clinician.
Apply to joinW-2 or 1099 contracted. Texas-based or fully remote depending on role. State-by-state licensure structured by Vayra.
Aligned Partner PC
For future programs not yet activated, Vayra may engage aligned Partner PCs under a Professional Services Agreement. Distinct legal entity, distinct malpractice, distinct clinical staff, white-labeled patient experience. Partner PC opportunities are limited and are evaluated against Vayra's Partner Network standards.
Partner inquiryPartner PC is a defined contractual structure with credentialing, BAA, Clinical Protocols Addendum, and Quality & Compliance Addendum. We sign a small number of Partner PCs per vertical.
We do not operate a compounded-Rx marketplace.
Vayra is a physician-led clinical practice. We prescribe through Vayra-employed clinicians and through aligned Partner PCs operating inside our clinical protocols. We do not route prescriptions for clinicians we do not employ, do not credential, and cannot supervise.
We considered the marketplace model carefully and documented it as out of scope in our Pharmacy Partnership Architecture v1.0. The summary reasoning is that a per-prescription fee paid by a pharmacy partner to Mon Vayra for prescriptions written by clinicians we do not employ implicates federal and state Anti-Kickback Statutes and Corporate Practice of Medicine doctrine in ways that no contractual structure cures, and it dilutes the integrated-clinical-brand differentiation that the rest of our strategy is built on.
We grow our pharmacy-partner volume by growing our own clinical team and by onboarding aligned Partner PCs — not by becoming a routing service for outside clinicians.
If you are a clinician evaluating compounded-Rx marketplaces, that is a legitimate exercise — and Vayra is not the platform for it. We respectfully decline that arrangement and wish you well in your due diligence.
